This role bridges cutting-edge technology, behavioral science, and market disruption to shape the future of sustainable business ecosystems. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, climate tech adaptation, and next-gen human-computer interaction while mentoring teams to embed foresight into organizational DNA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum computing applications and biotech convergence
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, decentralized AI)
- Design and deliver immersive foresight workshops for 500+ stakeholders
- Author thought leadership on future-proof business models for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a $5M innovation pipeline with 30+ pilot projects
- Partner with academic institutions to establish the Institute for 2026 Futures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent technical field
- Deep expertise in climate-tech adaptation frameworks and circular economy models
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums (e.g., Davos, CES)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across public-private-academic sectors
