- Establish foresight frameworks to anticipate industry disruptions 3-5 years ahead
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through compelling future-vision presentations
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Mentor talent in strategic foresight and exponential thinking methodologies
- Publish thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms in industry journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience leading agile teams through technological inflection points
