As our Futurist, you'll lead horizon scanning, scenario planning, and innovation pipeline development across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into our DNA, ensuring we don't just adapt to tomorrow but actively create it.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2025-2030 market positioning
- Architect cross-functional innovation pipelines with measurable ROI targets
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market opportunities
- Establish foresight frameworks to embed future-thinking across departments
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams with $10M+ budgets
