Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technological foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Design speculative scenarios for climate adaptation, AI ethics, and biotech disruption
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align executive vision with emerging opportunities
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proofing business models
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Partner with R&D to validate future-proof technologies through rapid prototyping
- Advolve regulatory and ethical considerations for next-gen innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and causal modeling abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact through future-oriented initiatives
