Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate disruptive market shifts in 2026+ landscapes
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into commercial innovation roadmaps
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of geopolitical, environmental, and technological megatrends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications or journals
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from futurists.org)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and foresight platforms
