Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging technologies impacting 2026 markets
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with C-suite executives and research teams
- Author strategic briefings on disruptive shifts in energy, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Prototype future-state scenarios using our immersive digital twin platform
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation adoption across global operations
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or future studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Deep understanding of climate-tech convergence and ethical AI development
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or climate modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
