Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities aligned with organizational vision
- Create compelling scenario models and risk assessments for disruptive technology adoption
- Develop patentable innovation strategies and product roadmaps for next-generation solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members through data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at premier innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, and climate tech
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities with data modeling proficiency
- Outstanding communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or speaking engagements at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
