Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and prototyping of future solutions
- Deliver strategic foresight reports and presentations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, academics, and tech pioneers
- Design scenarios for long-term business transformation and market disruption
- Mentor innovation teams in applying futures thinking to product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven foresight methods
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future trends
