- Develop and communicate 2026 innovation roadmaps for product development teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning documents
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups and technologies
- Represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or tech R&D with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to influence strategic direction
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
