Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic foresight roadmap for core business units
- Lead horizon scanning across technology, social, and economic domains
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Produce trend analysis reports and predictive models for decision-making
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Translate foresight insights into product development and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and stakeholders
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent
