- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces disseminated through global industry forums
- Manage a portfolio of 5-7 high-impact innovation projects spanning technology, sustainability, and societal transformation
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers while establishing new industry standards for strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful 5-10 year strategic transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading global research teams with cross-cultural stakeholders across 3+ continents
- Fluency in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
