Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management

- Expertise in systems modeling and Monte Carlo simulations for forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (STEEP, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies for multinational clients
- Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
