Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive transitions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic foresight projects
