Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Design and maintain proprietary trend-forecasting algorithms using AI/ML tools
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AGI ethics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics Modeling
