- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate disruptive concepts across AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to exponential change scenarios
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Champion ethical innovation protocols for next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or disruptive technology leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite on transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
