Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional data analysis and trend interpretation capabilities
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Lean Startup and Design Thinking
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
