Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps and investment priorities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author compelling foresight reports and present strategic narratives to stakeholders
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., APF, CFIP)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
