Responsibilities
- Forecast global technological and societal shifts through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions using quantum computing and AI
- Partner with research institutions to validate future-forward methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Curate thought leadership content at global innovation summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Strong background in AI/ML applications and quantum computing fundamentals
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across three continents
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Scenarios, Delphi Method, and Horizon Scanning
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., Stanford d.school or MIT Sloan)
