- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present compelling future scenarios to investors and board members through data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team of researchers and analysts
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as the 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
