Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on 2026 market disruptions
- Produce trend reports and innovation roadmaps for clients in tech, finance, and healthcare
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-state business models and solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Advortise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in consulting, strategy, or innovation roles with futurist components
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
