Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead research and development efforts in Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Agents.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to integrate cutting-edge capabilities into our core platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
