Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and maintain the long-term technology roadmap for the organization, specifically focusing on advancements leading up to 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, AR/VR) to identify growth opportunities.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation teams in R&D pilot projects and feasibility studies.
- Feasibility Assessment: Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to determine the viability of adopting new technologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and emerging market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Innovation Consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and translate high-level vision into executable roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
