Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct in-depth analysis of global tech trends to predict breakthroughs and prepare our infrastructure for the 2026 landscape.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps that align with business goals and drive competitive advantage.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-ready solutions and test cutting-edge concepts.
- C-Suite Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward R&D initiatives.
- Integration & Execution: Oversee the strategic integration of emerging AI tools and technologies into existing product workflows.
- Risk Management: Monitor regulatory changes, security implications, and ethical considerations of emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a strategic planning, R&D, or leadership role within the tech industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or defining long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies and communicate them to diverse audiences.
