As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainable tech pioneers to build the next generation of human-centric innovations. You'll report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and product designers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and technology architects
- Define KPIs for innovation success and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps (2020-2025 preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Track record of launching breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Strategy preferred
