- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate and validate future technology use cases
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into current development pipelines
- Create executive-level reports on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future technology initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
