Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Proven track record of scaling sustainable tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for climate tech and digital sovereignty
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, CHIPS Act)
