Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and adopting emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI analysis
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech incubators
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with measurable KPIs
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
- Ensure all innovation initiatives adhere to regulatory compliance and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, or neurotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies preferred
