- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies including quantum AI and biotech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize technology investments and R&D initiatives
- Present strategic forecasts to stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage relationships with technology partners and academic institutions
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting emerging technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with $50M+ budgets
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, CIO) preferred
