Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough solutions with 5-year market impact
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business transformation goals
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI development and sustainable tech adoption
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough innovations
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience advising Fortune 500 leadership teams
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight qualification preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
