Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, prioritizing quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI adoption in regulated industries
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and governmental technology councils
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Author industry-defining whitepapers on future tech implications
- Mentor a team of 12 futurist researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, or synthetic biology)
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi technique, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse infrastructure, and spatial computing
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% technical proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
