Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute innovative pilots and proof-of-concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex technical and business landscapes
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategy (e.g., CTO, TOGAF) a plus
