Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech paradigms (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present findings to global stakeholders at industry conferences and policy forums
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Drive patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products with 10M+ user impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
