Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-AI, neural interfaces) through 2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for potential acquisition/partnerships
- Present visionary technology frameworks to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption impact
- Curate annual 'Future Tech Summit' showcasing 2026 innovation trends
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech projects with measurable outcomes
