Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system integration for climate modeling and predictive analytics
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Drive partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU innovation labs for collaborative R&D
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on emerging tech regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Oversee patent portfolios and IP strategy for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI/biotech convergence
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing >$50M in government/VC funding for emerging tech
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
