Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for IoT, blockchain, and biotech integration
- Conduct foresight research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future) or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at global tech conferences
