- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype validation
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite to technical teams
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
