Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-encrypted blockchain and neuromorphic computing systems
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL on next-gen space-communication protocols
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present at Davos and Web Summit on emerging technology impact assessments
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for prototyping and patent development
- Mentor PhD fellows in quantum machine learning research
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Track record of scaling SaaS platforms to 10M+ users
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and ethical AI frameworks
- Previous experience with DARPA or EU Horizon 2020 technology grants
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized AI/quantum products
