- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI optimization cycles

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscape for autonomous systems and biotechnology
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (CFP) or similar accreditation
