- Present strategic forecasts to investors and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortiums
- Mentor next-gen tech leaders through our Future Vision program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech trends (Forrester/Gartner preferred)
- Fluency in strategic forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy
