Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech convergence
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global innovation hubs
- Secure $50M+ in government grants and venture capital for frontier tech initiatives
- Present breakthrough concepts at Davos, TED, and IEEE Global Tech Summits
- Drive patent strategy for 15+ emerging technology domains annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and leading R&D teams >50 members
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Professional certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM) and Tech Strategy (MIT)
