Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Design cross-functional implementation frameworks for pilot programs and full-scale deployments
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technology adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force with internal and external partners
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology initiatives and track ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
