Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and sustainability initiatives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite, investors, and board members
- Mentor emerging tech talent and build future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI)
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products/services
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
