Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2023-2025)

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
