Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum applications
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and build competitive advantage frameworks
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions and startups to capture bleeding-edge research
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for transformative technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Experience building tech roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of deployed technologies impacting $100M+ markets
