Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen AI/ML applications
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging tech (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Build strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and research institutions
- Present future-tech briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee prototyping of experimental technologies in our innovation lab
- Ensure alignment with ESG principles in all technological initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
