Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptors to identify opportunities and risks through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation in future markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with strategic foresight
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence for early trend detection
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or long-term trend analysis
