Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-secure systems and AI ethics
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and investors
- Oversee integration of next-gen technologies into existing infrastructure
- Drive innovation through hackathons and cross-disciplinary workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and predictive modeling skills
- Experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies
