Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (quantum applications, AGI frameworks, biotech integrations)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present innovation frameworks and investment proposals to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven experience in 5+ year planning horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
