Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-grade applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptography implementations for financial systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum accelerators into ML pipelines
- Establish quantum error correction protocols for 99.9%+ fidelity systems
- Present breakthrough research at industry conferences and academic journals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced HPC systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Strong background in distributed systems and parallel programming
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
