Responsibilities
- Lead research on 2026-era AI capabilities including AGI precursors and neural-symbolic fusion
- Develop strategic roadmaps for ethical AI deployment in healthcare and climate tech
- Partner with quantum computing teams to optimize AI-algorithm performance
- Create predictive models for AI societal impact and regulatory frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging AI paradigms and future-proofing strategies
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years AI research
- Published work on transformer architectures, generative models, or neural-symbolic AI
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic systems
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record of commercializing advanced AI research
- Expertise in simulating 10-year technological horizons
- Portfolio of 3+ deployed AI systems with measurable societal impact
